When using the data base, it is
easier to start with a broad search gradually narrowing down your
criteria. Initially if you request too many features, some may
cause conflicts, resulting in zero results.
Common mistakes:
Asking for a lot size-- unless looking for acreage tends to
severely limit the search.
Area Price:
Denver area prices average in the top third nationally. If you want to learn about entry level
prices, it's best to call. We can direct you to the most
affordable areas of the metro region.
Square footage:
In Denver we do NOT count the square footage in the basement or the
garage. Only
living space above ground should be counted in the square footage.
It will be noted if the basement is finished or not and how much the
"total" square footage is.
New Homes
Commonly, the new homes are built on the outskirts of the city.
Looking for a new or newer home in central Denver will be difficult,
especially if one expects to pay suburban prices.
New homes are not commonly included in the results.
